San Jose Behavioral Health is a proud provider of behavioral health treatment for active-duty military members and veterans who are suffering from symptoms of various mental health concerns. We offer this care through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Community Care Network (CCN).
What Is the Community Care Network?
Formed in 2018, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Community Care Network (CCN) gives military members more direct access to comprehensive healthcare.
The CCN connects military personnel with highly vetted treatment providers in communities across all U.S. territories and all 50 states. This allows military members to find treatment at any VA facility or from other authorized providers near them.
Insurances We Accept
Optum Public Sector Solutions Inc. and TriWest Healthcare Alliance serve as third-party administrators (TPAs) for San Jose Behavioral Health. Optum and TriWest manage health benefits under the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
